Branch는 수납장에 보관하는 기존 제품에서 사용자와 가까운 공간에 존재하며 반려동물과 많은 교감을 유도할 수 있도록 디자인된 반려동물 털 관리기다.

반려동물의 털은 자주 관리하는 만큼 교감에 대한 애정이 쌓인다. 그리고 만져주는 행위 이상으로 잦은 털 관리를 통한 애정을 가질 필요가 있다. Branch는 수납공간에 넣어두는 기존 방식에서 벗어나 세우거나 끈을 통해 걸어둠으로써 우리 생활에 더 가까이 노출될 수 있도록 설계했다. 나뭇가지는 반려동물과 산책을 하면서 흔히 볼 수 있는 소재다. 나뭇가지는 반려동물과 우리에게 친숙함을 가지고 있고 모티브화 하기에 적합한 요소라 생각되었다. 단조로운 컬러 속에 녹아든 점박이 무늬는 인공과 자연이 교차하는 듯한 느낌을 만들어낸다. 제품 하단 내부의 노끈은 숨길 수 있고 필요시 꺼내 벽에 걸 수 있다. 상부는 언더컷 사출 기술로 볼트 조임 구조를 덮음으로써 부드러운 촉감과 높은 완성도를 보여준다. 조잡한 요소를 제거한 Branch는 세우고 거는데 완벽한 오브제로서의 역할을 한다.

Branch is designed to be exposed closer to our daily life by standing up or hanging through a string away from the traditional way of keeping it in storage. Tree branches are a common material to see while walking companion animals. The branch was thought to have familiarity with companion animals and us and to be suitable for motif. The spotted pattern melted in monotonous colors creates a feeling that artificiality and nature intersect. The string inside the lower end of the product can be hidden and can be hung on the wall when necessary. The top shows soft touch and high completeness by covering the bolt tightening structure with undercut injection technology. The Branch, which is removed from the crude element, acts as a perfect object for erecting and hanging.
